Frozen Veggie Meal Starters are recommended for ages 6+ months. Of course, it is ultimately up to you and your pediatrician to determine what is the best food to feed your child and when.

The meals must be stored frozen. As soon as you receive your delivery, immediately place the meals and/or oats in the freezer. The meal should remain frozen until you’re ready to cook it straight from the freezer. Do not thaw before cooking.

No. Our meals must be cooked from frozen, not thawed. Please cook immediately after removing the meal from the freezer.

Cooking instructions vary by meal. Please follow the microwave or stovetop directions on the back of each package.

Yes. Once cooked, you can refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days. We recommend following the USDA food safety guidelines for the safe storage and reheating of leftovers.
